  • How to attract abundance in your life. Really?

How to attract abundance in your life. Really?

We have been taught that we need to earn wealth. To work hard, or to steal hard if you wish, to get it. Nothing comes for free. It’s an ancestral knowledge, something we have in our genes, deeply rooted in our brains, something as clear as the fact that there will always be night after day.

And suddenly here come some spiritual people, influencers, gurus, teachers, whatever they like to call themselves, telling us that things are not correct. We can attract abundance and wealth in our lives even if we don’t work our asses off, don’t get 2 jobs, don’t save money or don’t need to be geniuses.

How? Well, they make a wonderful (intensively calculated and edited) video where they present a theory/belief that changed their life completely. The more convincing the videos are, the more you will believe that theory.

Presenting their personal dramatic life is the best way to start with, because we will always resonate with other people’ s tragedies and tough lives, as we are all in the same boat. One way or another we’ve been there too, or know somebody who experienced the same and end up pretty bad.

At the end of the video you understand that you need to change the way you think (right, such an easy thing to do!!) believe you deserve to be rich even if you don’t work hard for this and that there are 3 or 5 steps to follow in order to free yourself from negative thoughts, insecurities and worries. Somehow, if you manage to do that you are on your way to success, because the universe is going to rearrange the paths of your future for you.

Those 3 or 5 steps will be offered to you in a more comprehensive video/webinar/class for which you’ll have to register and pay , not $399 as a regular X course will cost you, not even $99 how it was recommended by some qualified online training specialists, but only $37.
And a 60 days money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the course of your life.

I mean, there will be people who will ask for their money back, for sure, but imagine how many others  will be impressed by the 60 days guarantee and buy the product.

And $37? That’s not much, right? Even if it doesn’t work, It’s not much to lose. You’ll find out a few ideas on how to attract abundance and happiness in your life, that cannot possibly hurt.

Let’s not forget what they are teaching you: how to attract abundance and happiness in your life.

How do they do that for themselves?
Start from presenting a personal sad story that revealed The Secret to them. Then ask you some small change to tell it to you. That’s all. And then, of course, abundance will come on them, from thousands of $37 from all over the world, thanks to almighty Internet.
This is the source of their abundance.

    Question:
Why do they ask people for money, when we all know that if we have come to ask  for help is not because we are satisfied with our lives and money is a big problem.
Why don’t they offer their knowledge for free (as they teach kindness and love for everybody) and then add a simple button with “donate if you are satisfied with results and want to show appreciation and gratefulness“?

I understand if the course is physically done.  If you need materials, people to organize something, a location, etc. Yes.
But when you make a video, put it on a website and then ask money for it…. You smell like fraud. A spiritual one!

Something else. Some say, even in their videos, that you need to pay something, in order to show that you are, indeed, determined to learn and discover the truth, that you are willing to sacrifice some of your fortune in order to get more.

Really? Isn’t this part of an incredibly old ritual of sacrifice to the gods? Isn’t this the same give-and-receive karma-like situation that you teach us to let go and forget about?
That we deserve to be happy and wealthy even if we don’t work hard for it? That what we believe and feel is enough for money to come our way?

Anyway, moving beyond these gurus’ source of abundance, the bottom question is if their solution works. (Considering that we will not follow their personal example of selling promises online.)

    It works. And it doesn’t.

It’s all up to you, as it always is.
What they offer is not a pill. You may understand and agree with their belief, but this doesn’t instantaneously turn it into fact.

A spiritual guide (the best term I could find) will always only show you the door to your road to abundance and happiness. You will have to open it.  If you do that, you will see your abundance and happiness at the end of the road.  But it is you who will have to take the first step towards it. And the second, and the third.
    It may take years.
How many of us could stick to those beliefs when they don’t seem to work? How fast would we come back to the old ones, that we need to work hard to receive something, or to believe that we were born without luck or need to die in poorness due to bad karma?

It depends on us entirely. If we believe strong enough (no, no religious references) then placebo will work for us. It’s all in our brain. We are connected to the entire universe through our brain.
And if we are diligent enough, steady/stubborn enough, keep a regular daily program, pay attention to your thoughts and emotional reactions every single moment of our life, then yes, we will succeed.
🙂 That’s funny, because this is hard work, too. The hardest maybe.

There is nothing harder than constantly guarding your thoughts. Nothing harder than paying attention to your reactions, feelings, emotions.
Because we work on autopilot. We have been built to express whatever our body and soul feel. Not to teach them what to feel. We were not the boss here. Our subconscious is.
    Notice this?

    “Our” subconscious, not us.
And we need to change this subconscious into something else. To teach it to be different. To teach it something that is in contradiction to its present belief.
    Piece of cake! 🙂

working with our subconscious is the hardest work ever

So, is what they preach true?

Again, it may or it may not. What is true and good for you, may not be true and good for me. We are different, we need different things.
What they preach are probably as close to the truth as they can get.  Some may apply only to them, or may be simply how they perceive the truth. They are not deliberately lying, but telling you their truth.

    How to find your truth?
Listen to them, yes. Get an idea. But then, filter this idea. Nobody is the holder of the truth!
Be conscious of your reactions all the time.

We, humans,  have the 2 powerful tools that are required to break the illusion.
    Knowledge and emotion.

Knowledge. We need to know exactly what we want. To set a goal.

Emotion. This is energy. Energy fuels our knowledge.

Set an intention and fuel it with a good emotion.

What is a good emotion? Any of the three: joy, love, gratitude. Consciously feel in your heart.

Why do only these 3 work?
That’s how the Creator made the world. It’s a dual universe, as you can see, some forces create, some forces destroy.

Fuel your intention with a good emotion every day. Remember that all the time. Can you do this?
Can you do this without giving $37 to attract abundance in your life?

Can you believe that things can be indeed that simple and you don’t need a wise man to tell you that you are great, that you deserve, that you can, all you have to do is believe?

Well, I’m telling you this: You are the creator. Act like one!

create your future. you have the tools

  • How to do a simple meditation and have results

How to do a simple meditation and have results

I don’t usually meditate, though I would like to. But I have found this incredibly simple method that somehow suits me well. I skipped the ETP step, because I don’t feel like being that disciplined as to do it every time. I’m honest and take one step at a time. I found it on dr Mercola’s site, to whom I virtually send my deepest gratitude.

    1. Relax your tongue on the floor of your mouth. This relaxes the hypoglossal nerve that runs from your tongue into the vagal nerve, which tells your vagal nerve that you aren’t under threat. As a result, your whole body starts to relax.

    2. Now, picture a large empty space behind your eyes. Simply doing this will put you into an alpha state.

    3. Do the HeartMath quick coherence technique, which involves slowing your breathing to six seconds per in-breath and six seconds per out-breath (five breaths per minute).

    4. Next, visualize your physical heart, and imagine breathing in and out of your heart. This will put you into a deep state of heart coherence.

    5. With each out-breath, imagine a beam of love flowing out from your heart toward a person or place that you love. Hold this image for several breaths. Simply doing this will generate delta, theta and even gamma brainwaves. Gamma is the wave of happiness and integration.

“Most people don’t have a gamma flare that lasts more than two seconds,” Dawson says. “But after a week of meditation, you live in that state where you’re having these flares of integrative brainwaves called gamma at the very top of the band, and then people feel totally wonderful.”

    6. Lastly, bring the beam of love back into your heart and visualize it flowing into any part of your body that is uncomfortable or in pain. To end the meditation, take three deep six-second breaths., then return your attention to the room and open your eyes.

    ************

I hope I can manage to do it daily. I’m even afraid to make a promise. I hope I have the power to do it.

Don’t you want to try and do it with me? After all, it isn’t that difficult and there is nothing to lose. I do promise to come back in a week and report my evolution. That much I can promise. 🙂

  • How to get rid of feelings and why would you like that.

How to get rid of feelings and why would you like that.

How to get rid of feelings is a common topic among depressed. But this brings them closely to freedom.

Feelings are our worst enemies. Go on, tell me I’m ignorant, because love is the engine of the world.
I heard this so many times… It is not love, though we all praise it so much. Love is only what we continually crave for.
We simply cannot exist without it. We are born through love, we are nurtured with love by our mothers, we are invaded by hormones demanding for love, we suffer from it and then repeat the story again.

Meanwhile what do we do? Try to find someone that can feed us with it. A spouse. To ensure our amount of fuel, at least for a limited period of time, if not for the traditional “ever after”.

We need to love and be loved. Everything that disrupt this circle cause us sufferance.

Everybody seems to be tremendously excited by this reality. We sing it, to write poems about it, we make stupid fairy tales where the beautiful (young and healthy – I would add) princess and prince defeat all enemies, find each other, instantly love each other and live happily ever after.

We need these fairy tales on a daily basis. We created movies to remind us that they are possible, all we need to do is believe in them. Never ever deny love, as it is beyond our humanly understanding, a sacred force which should be respected beyond any God.

    Which unfortunately is true.

But beyond everything that it is said, written, sung, researched, studied and enforced to us consciously and unconsciously, love is a feeling / energy that we can all observed around us.

We are energy. Love is energy. Deep down, way deeper than our eyes or machines can perceive, this world was not made from nothing. And as much as our brain can now go, the material used was simple energy.

This energy makes us exist, move, feel. And it seems that we cannot exist without feeling.

Why would one want to exist without feelings?

what is karmaOnly a person who hasn’t yet suffered can ask such a question.  Feelings/emotions are wonderful as long as they are in the positive category: love, affection, gratitude, happiness. If not, life becomes a living hell and your feelings are your worst enemies.

Life is a continuous cycle of dual things. You will never find love without sufferance. Whoever invented the world, created it based on two poles, two opposite principles, two forces (action and reaction), hell and heaven.

Why would we care? Because the more we understand and always remember, the more we can live among them.

I believe in karma, because we are drown here again and again by our feelings. Not because of our actions or because we need to go through specific lessons. This is a human understanding, a human logic, which has nothing to do with the universe logic. It’s hard for us to understand a logic which is beyond good and bad, truth, fairness or even action without any type of reaction.

Karma is our incapacity of living without feelings.

Hermits and yogis can manage to do it. They say illumination breaks the circle of karma. And how do they do that? Hiding away from the world.  Isolating themselves in caves or monasteries, deserts or forests. Not living inside the world, among people with feelings liberates you from feeling.

Because we are energy and we are connected to each other. I can literary feel your sufferance or happiness.  I watch a single movie and my entire being disappears and I am connected to everything the main character feels. I am happy when he loves, I’m happy when he’s victorious, I suffer when he suffers. A simple movie can do that. A  world that does not exist, a fantasy, someone’s imagination. And I go through all possible feelings.
    I hate this.

I read somewhere that we should not feel pity. I mean, act with understanding, compassion, but not pity. If somebody was born poor and lives a miserable life, then it is his specific destiny, his specific karma, if you want. Something that he deserves and needs. He is supposed to see through his misery and discover something only his high ego knows.

    Too complicated?

Well, whatever the reason for his sufferance and misery, we do feel it. Through pity, we tap into his sufferance, connect to his energy and make a bridge to our own. We take some from his shoulders simply by feeling pity.

It’s insane, but true. It is called empathy. And as usual, sometimes it is our worst enemy.

I believe it was Bruce Lipton who said that genes do not make us as we are. it’s the environment.
Observations have been made that confirmed that.

A child coming from a family with a history of cancers was adopted by a family with no cancer antecedents. The child grew up healthy and never developed cancer.
A child coming from a very healthy family was adopted by a family with both parents having cancer and yes, got cancer himself. Like it was contagious.

And it was not one child and one child. The reviews contained numberless examples that all led to one conclusion: “it’s all in the environment”.

And here is a personal one. My father had a lung disease, had pneumonia and a complicated surgery 60 years ago. As a result he had serious respiratory failure.
Mother took care of him all his life.
And 30 years after his death, my mother, without having any kind of lung problem, cannot breathe. Her respiratory capacity diminished considerably. Just like that, still without having any kind of lung problem.

Feeling is what keeps us alive and what kills us slowly.

Feelings are hidden drugs that exist as huge creatures of energy feeding themselves through us.
Like in the bible: “Jesus is wherever 2 or 3 people gather in his name”.

We are energy and when we love we become the love energy and make the love creature become bigger and stronger. And we like it.

And we are all empaths in an energetic network.

How can we get rid of feelings?

We can’t. We are made of them. But we can control them.
How? By trying to not feel? Like a stone?

No. Nobody can be insensitive and that tough.

We can control them only observing them.

Noticing them every time they appear. Knowing what you do and feel every moment. Realizing that it is our human nature to feel and just watch yourself manifesting.

I love you. I depend on you, I enjoy your proximity, I feel good around you, I feel complete, full of happiness.  I am aware of this.
And this awareness somehow diminishes its intensity. It is not over my head. Because my head knows it.

This is how we can survive.

  • What can I do to forgive him?

What can I do to forgive him?

Are you a person who can forgive easily? I’m not.  Although I know the theory, it just doesn’t work when the time comes. I have often wondered “what can I do to forgive him, how to get over this?” and my whole soul kept  saying “I’m suffering so badly, I don’t understand forgiveness”

Because oftentimes you know something in your head and feel different in your heart. And the heart seems to win most of the times.

I’ve recently found this video, and it put a smile on my face. I really liked what that woman said there. (I don’t know who she is)
It’s not about how to manage to forgive somebody, but what this brings.

Forgiving somebody has nothing to do with the person that was forgiven. (Or almost nothing. ) You do not forgive him to bring him peace or to unburden his conscious. You forgive him not because he made a mistake, that he was not paying enough attention, or he was forced to act like he did, but because what he is  and what he did was so wrong, so ugly, that you want to break any kind of connection to that person. Even if the connection is at the level of hate or resentment. You forgive not because you understand, but because you don’t want any kind of energetic connection between you and that act/person.

“What you did was so ugly and wrong that I choose to ignore, forget and don’t care.” This is forgiveness, too.

After that you can be called a “free person”. Because you are free from evil people, from toxic people and all their actions. They cannot touch you.

For me, this approach has more common sense than the so much imposed forgiveness as an act of kindness and compassionate love.

Just give me a break with your compassionate love that we must feel if we want to be enlighten. Really, people, I don’t want the enlightenment.
You know why? Because as a human, I still want justice. I live among living creatures in a world full of rules, that we invented.

So, yes, I forgive you, out of pure selfishness. I want to be free of you.

She gives us the most amazing definitions of being free. Here they are, for anybody to sleep on them:

    Free people are dangerous people

Free people aren’t controlled by the past

    Free people laugh more

Free people see beauty where others do not

Free people are not easily offended

Free people are unafraid to speak truth to stupid

Free people are not chained to resentment

    Good for her.
